A Fashion Summer’s End

A Fashion Summer’s End

Summer is over, it’s September. The colors of Fall, the deep reds, the mustard yellows, the brights toned down as the leaves begin to change and fall. They’re here.

The Fall means sweaters and boots and the loss of flowers, as the cold overcomes and the trees hibernate. Well…where I’m originally from.

The California Fall has given me a new perspective on what it means to dress for Fall.

So I gathered the necessary items: a sort-of sweater, a toned-down asymmetric floral skirt, and a pair of faux lace-up boots. I say faux because they have a zipper, which is one of my ultimate pet peeves, but these are super comfy so they get a pass.

All of these items combined well to provide a vision of Huntington Beach, hippie-esk vibe, which pivoted into a subtlely colored, Fall outfit.
